These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
In the event of a dispute between you and jl39, you agree to first contact jl39 support to seek an informal resolution. If the dispute cannot be resolved informally within 30 days, either party may submit the matter to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Metro Manila, Philippines.
Disputes regarding individual game outcomes that cannot be resolved through jl39 support may be escalated to the relevant game provider. Disputes regarding regulatory compliance may be referred to PAGCOR.
